Changing lifestyle
I was 53 and diabetic for 10 years. This all came about because I was on prednisone for being exposed to mold. I was as high as 338lbs at one time. I was introduced to information on good carbs and bad through some close friends. They gave me a workout regime, change and eating habits, taking a good supplement, and mind set. I started cooking from the cookbook "Eating for Life" by Bill Philips, strength and cardio training and sel-development. I went from 265 to 170 in 6 months.
